Here you can find many circuits and designs from a long time ago, but some are tested and build by myself and some are not. While I think that its a pity to throw it away, then why not share it to you all, maybe it still valuable !!! Many of these circuits and designs were made when I still in the work before, and some for my purpose also. Here they are :
- A long time ago, when I have 2 CPU's but only have one monitor, here is the circuit diagram. Still used till now!
- Universal timer using PIT-8253 timer, interface to LPT printer parallel port or PPI-8255 decoder. I designed this circuit for my LPT projects, but never built it. Maybe later, when I have more spare time.
- A toggle switch PCB design. I made it when I still in the old work. To run a toggle foot switch controlling blower table. The circuit diagram can be found here.
- Speech synthesizer board using SPO256-AL2 chip. I design this PCB to support my robotic enthusiasm. Never built it, hard to find chip!!!
- Cutting machine controller circuit diagram. Designed for old cutting machine at the work before. Never built it!
- Cast test machine (laboratory equiptment), level controller circuit diagram. This circuit was hack at the work before. Used for controlling the fluid (salt water) level.
- A 10 MHz 8-digits frequency counter PCB design. Never built it. Expensive part price !!!
- Flow coater relay circuit diagram for counter output. This circuit used for accelerated conveyor speed. There are 8 programmed speed output from a multi counter. At that moment, the circuits panel still used a combined relays, not a PLC one!!!
- Capacitance meter PCB design, used to measure the capacitance using a DVM. Never built it since I had my new multimeter!
- Stereo Amplifier PCB design, used for my old sound blaster speaker. Utilize the old speaker to run to a new sound card. it use LM386 type chip.
- Conveyor alarm system circuit diagram. This circuit design at my work before. There are 8 sections from input conveyor a long to output finished products. If at one section has trouble, then a long conveyor to the back must be stop, and section forward must be inform also. Never built it, my boss not approved !!!
- Another 30MHz counter PCB design using serial port, utilize the old PC. Here is my prototype, PCB artwork, and the software to run it! Not tried yet!!!
- Simple lithium-polymer charger PCB design, from SH-Design - lithium-ion charger. I use this design to charge my sony-ericsson hp battery!!!
- I found from junk a small I/O board (top view, bottom view), but I can't configured out for what use. The top label was sign as SunStar 470Fr-5 and the s/n : PPU:97110036. The board consist of six 7-segmen display, eleven leds display, and one buzzer, and four reostats. Very suitable to build an alarm clock, or as an experiment board. I drawn the circuitry again to refresh the use or maybe it will be useful for you.
